Nowadays, “sustainability” has become a common buzzword, to the point of sometimes being misused, overused or even abused by many industries, not least fashion. Therefore, it’s worth reminding ourselves of just what sustainability means from a legal perspective. This is the aim of Fashion Law and Sustainability: Fashion the Planet on Sustainability, a new anthology of articles by academics, lawyers and members of the fashion industry, published by The Thinking Watermill Society.
